Help - level won't restore

2nd time this has happened. I had to start all over the first time - im not starting over again. So frustrating. My game is saved in facebook and kingdom. I am on level 695 in soda crush. It says im on 695, my pic is beside 695, but when i tap to open it, im on level 31 in kingdom and level 50 on facebook! WTF! How can this be? Ive tried all suggestions listed, but wont work. Please help!

Hi @Mothergoose, welcome to our community. You don't have to start all over again but let's get some information first. Did you ever sync Facebook with the Kingdom? If not, here are some steps to help you with that: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/244238/can-i-sync-my-progress-between-facebook-and-king-com#latest

If the syncing works great, but if it doesn't then here is the next step to take. You will have to get y our user ID # by following the steps on here:

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
