I'm sorry to hear that you each have lost your progress - see if this helps:
@anelia and @johnboy898 - Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.- Clear cache from your device (very important).- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook.
Please see if this will help you get reconnected to your personal account/original FB account.
