Looking at the screenshot, level 1000 hasn't been passed yet as there are no stars on it so it will not move on to 1001, once level 1000 has been passed.

I've completed level 907 at least 5 times and it wont give me the stars or let me go further???????? even after I purchased more lives and goodies
