lost all of my candy, gold etc. when I logged in my account

I have been playing Candy Crush Soda for a couple of years as a guest at my phone but today I decided to use my account of Ipad. However, as I logged in my account, I realized that all of my hard work gifts all gone. When I logged off that account, I saw that it made me start in level 1 (which I was in 3500ish level). How can I get my gifts, is there a way to get them all?

Hi @ebrukagit and @priyas585, welcome to our community. I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here. We always run contests so be sure to enter them for a chance to win gold bars.

All lives and boosters are saved just to that one device so that you can play the game offline. Any crash or operating system update can cause you lose everything. King suggests that you use the boosters as you earn them.

@ebrukagit, were you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. If you started back to level 1 you might not have been playing through either one of them. Here are some steps to follow to get your progress back here. If any of those rewards were purchased then please follow the steps on here.

@priyas585, you should never lose gold bars. I am going to ask you to please get your user ID # by following the steps here. Once you have your number please write back here but don't post your number here. I will then tag a community manager to look into your account to see what happened your gold bars.
