Where did my gold bars go?

I just had 7 gold bars and I didn't use them. Now I opened the app again and it shows I have 0!

Hi @bethfisher28 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. You should never lose your gold bars unless you purchase something. It happens sometimes that players make a purchase accidentally. I will need your game ID so our CM can check out your account. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
