Problem with game

Every time I go to watch a clip to get 3 or 5 or however many extra moves the games closes and I lose all my progress. It’s very frustrating cause I just need 1 or 2 more moves to win the level so I click on the clip for help but it’s backs out and I lose the items I had and the progress in the game

    Candy Crush Saga, Has been having a lot of issues, and there's no answers no support... Why do they expect me to Buy gold bars when I've already get them ? And they disappeared?

    @EbonyLoos, I believe this is a Facebook glitch and we are waiting for them to resolve this.  The best advice that I can offer you is not to click on it.

    @SandraFredley, you should never lose your gold bars.  I think you are talking about Candy Crush Saga but this is the Candy Crush Soda Saga community.  My suggestion is that you head on over to their community and ask your question there.  Here is the link:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/categories/support
