Reset to level 1 yesterday from level 1000+

Hello, yesterday on the 13th of July my account progress on Candy Crush Soda Saga was reset. I was on level 1000+ and now I am back to 0 on Facebook. I have been playing this game for years now and I thoroughly enjoy it but I don't want to keep going from scratch. Facebook has given me this reference # to track my Candy Crush Soda Saga account: 1025265483. Please help me with this issue since I have never experienced such a problem with my beloved game! Thanks.
