For the last couple of weeks I have been unable to play. When I load the game it loads at the beginning; level 1, whilst i'm actually at livel 471+ (can't remember exact level), So I attempt to get to the correct level but when I get closer, I am unable to click on anything at all. Please help!

I too am having the same problem with a black screen. What is the answer?

@Gateauxyumyum, I assume you're playing on Facebook. This is something the game team is looking in to as it seems to be related to an HTML5 issue.

In the meantime, try refreshing the page/browser a couple of times as some players has reported this has helped. You can also try different browser or clearing the cache.
