    Hi QueenB

    I did clear the cache and then deleted the game and reinstalled it. However, it’s still saying there’s a connection error when I try to log in. I was at level 2703 😡 am I going to get all my boosters back.

    Orientalmask—did deleting and reinstalling make it work again, or did Queenbee do something behind the scenes to fix it for you?  Thanks

    Not sure if QueenB did anything ‘behind the scenes’ as I never said when I was deleting or reinstalling the game. However, deleting and reinstalling did seem to do the trick. Just be patient after reinstalling as it still took several minutes for everything to be back to normal. It started me out on level one again with an error connection again but then it started working again

    @orientalmask, you just confirmed what other players have confirmed that if you uninstall and reinstall the game it starts working again.  Unfortunately, by doing this you lose all lives and boosters but at least you get to play the game again.

    yes it is working again but players should not have to delete and reinstall a game for it to work properly, this is the first time I’ve had to do that to play a game. Any updates etc that is done should not have caused these problems and your programmers should’ve been able to fix it

    I’m having the exact same issue. None of the solutions above work. I started having problems right after I created a King account instead of login in with Facebook. I can login to other King games using the king sign in, but not candy crush. This is may be an issue with your system so reloading and disabling is not going to work.

    OK now reinstalling worked and didn’t lose my place once signing in with King login.

    Okay, I’m gonna try the reinstall on my iPad. I’m on level 1468. We’ll see what happens

    If I haven’t backed up, I will be back to level 1?  I can’t sign in to back up

    I am having the same issue.  I can still play, but don’t have connection for extra turns, daily boosters, etc.  I am afraid to uninstall! This happened when I followed the prompts to create a King account, but I already had one, so I just logged in instead- and now can’t connect.  I don’t want to lose progress or boosters!  Is this the only solution?

    Candy Crush Soda when loading level 3581 reports "Go online to download episodes", even though my computer is online, and all online functions, including other CC games, are working properly. I am running Win7-32bit/Facebook but same problem on Win10-64bit, and after clearing cache. Pls fix thks...

    Been having the same issue since Friday morning, must be connection between facebook and king for candy crush soda only since candy crush saga is working fine.
