I was on level 2800 into two days ago. Yesterday when I logged on to play it started me back on 1

    This is a definite glitch.  @Yosca, I think I've got the few messages that reported this but if you see any new ones during the day today please tag me.  I will be elevating this to the community manager in a few minutes.

    @Yosca found a message where the play found a fix so I would like you to please try it here.  Write back and let me know if it worked or if you still need help.  Also where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device?

    @Elsa I tried the previous mentioned steps - deleting the app, turning off phone, logging into browser with Facebook, logging into the game with Facebook, and it still did not work

    Thanks for letting me know @scallihan72475.  One other person wrote back saying that it didn't work either but a couple wrote saying that it worked.  Let's see how the rest of today goes.  It still might need a fix from the studio.

    For those of you who couldn't get it to work after uninstalling, question - are you playing through Facebook?  It seems that something with their security the games Facebook token expires.  Go into your Facebook settings and then click on Apps and websites.  Then when it comes up look for the "Expired" tab.  If the game is in there then you have to edit and allow the access again.

    Thank you Elsa.  My game restored to correct level, but I really don’t know how I did it. Lol.
