Today I tried to buy ten extra moves more than once for ten gold bars and my connection was weak so it took the gold bars but I never received the extra moves. I lost a total of 25 gold bars before I realized it was actually taking my gold without dishing out the extra moves.

We do not handle lost purchases here in the Community but Player Support does so you need to get in touch with them.
You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:
If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is the following:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
