Game freezing

I’m having issues with my game freezing (game ends and I lose a turn before running out of moves) which especially frustrating when I get to a point when I’m about to pass a level. My app is up to date. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I keep this from happening

Thanks. Late thanking you still learning and reading. Spent 3 hours reading and trouble shooting my glitch. I got a new app for updating when I got back to the community everything was updated. So I started over. And roadblock is still there and no Bubblegum Hill. I'll wait. Patient s will be my virtue.

My Bubblegum Hill worked once Saturday morning and then that was it. It gave me the 6 lollipops but I never got any gold bars when someone else took the throne. I know there are issues with this so we all have to be patient while we wait for the fix.

I'm back. I was elated to see my roadblock gone but so was bubblegum hill😩. I started on 3761, finished race, completed 3790 and AGAIN WILL NOT GO TO THE NEXT WORLD. When I started 2 days ago it had 2 worlds open. But one disappeared. I need help please🙏.

Hi @Rayyu117, by any chance do you have the video to watch so that you can get extra lives? If so, that is freezing the game. Maybe try some troubleshooting. Clear the history on your device and make sure that you have the most recent versions of the game and operating system. Then click on one of these links below to finish.

I just thought of another idea. Are you guys having this problem because you are clicking on the video for the boosters?That is a glitch and the studio is working on a fix. No date as to when it will be fixed.

I'm not sure why it's happening to your game. Are you playing the game through Facebook? There has been a glitch reported where the players are getting the no connection issue. Perhaps this is a new glitch starting. Let's see if we get any responses from players here with the same issue. I will also check to see if others report this during the weekend.
