For nearly a week the game has been closing after adverts now it is closing randomly. It is in slow motion then it just closes. It has taken me back to day one on daily bonuses. I have seen others are experiencing similar problems.

Hi @Angela_Carson and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am so sorry that you are experiencing these issues. Can you please tell me which device and OS are you using for playing this game? As for your daily bonuses, they are saved on your device's memory and any problem with memory could lead to loosing them. However, there is no need to worry as you will have a single reward for seven days and after that, you will have double rewards again (of course, in case you are logging in on a daily basis).0

I am on my IPad . King Jelly Crush is now acting the same. I have tried to log on via the App Store but the same thing is happening with both games. I am not very good with IT but will do my best with any suggestions you can make, thanks0
