why am I getting the error "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment" in Candy Crush Soda in Firefox browser.
I have cleared the cache, closed and reopened the browser, restarted the computer, all to no avail.

Hi @Katrena! It is possible that your internet connection is slow. When my connection is bad, I can not access certain features in the game. Are you still experiencing this problem?
