i keep receiving the error message: The bubblegum troll is causing problems in your game. Try again soon! 
This has been like this for 3 days. Any ideas what to do?

    I saw the same notification. So I tried again and there was no problem. I had this last week several times, but now it’s fine. Did you try it again and was it solved?

    @kellyke, in this community we only use English language, so please do. You can use google translate.

    I will tag @Elsa, maybe she knows why this is happening. @Elsa they tried multiple times and still no acces to the gum machine. (I had this before, tried again and no problem)

    Thanks for tagging me @Yosca.  Unfortunately the community managers will be out of the office this week.  I will help my eyes open for the next few days to see if others report this.  For now try to clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  The only other solution is to complete the contact form by clicking on “contact us” and making them aware of this.  Since it is a holiday week I am not sure that the studio is open for glitches.  Completing the contact form is a good choice and if others report it too then when the studio is back they will have the information.

    Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I even removed the app and reinstalled it again, but it's still not solved.

    I will tag @Xarly who is the community manager but the office is closed this week so I'm not sure if he will see this message until they are back in the office.  Perhaps he can offer a simple fix.
