My jelly isn't showing up up so I can't clear level. I've tried 5 times. Please help. TIA

I am sorry to say that I am not clear about the issue with your game!! 

1) Can you please tell us which game are you talking about?  All the Candy games has Jelly levels (in different way)! 

2) And what level is it?  I can try to play it get back to you with any tips, if I can!!
