I tried everything and I can't unlink one of my Facebook accounts to link it to my other Facebook account (which is where I have all my progress), it automatically connects to the account that I don't want to connect

It sounds like you have multiple Facebook accounts. Please log out of Facebook that you only have one koto there. Then it should work !! If you only have one Facebok account, please update your game.

Then it should be okay.

@Evelyn1994 If you have a new Facebook account, you will not be able to sync that one to the old Facebook account and continue with the level you left off with. You will need to get Player Support to help you sync your New Facebook account by manually adding the levels you're supposed to be on on the new Facebook account.

You can contact Player Support directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Select the cogwheel

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
