Why is contact us impossible to do? Does anyone else have this problem?

I tried 3times to tell them I purchased gold to continue playing and pass the level but the game was then lost and I had to start over.

I'm afraid I do not fully understand your problem. Are you having trouble loading the Contact Us webpage? Are you unable to submit a request? Or are you not getting a response from the Support team?

Hi @Kathy_J_Sullivan, I got in touch with Player Support and according to them, you have been in touch with them on April 6. 2019.

Player Support refunded the Gold Bars that you could not use due to the game reloading however, that was for Farm Heroes Saga and not Candy Crush Soda Saga.

Since them there are no records of any new contacts from you so if you still need help, try getting intouch with Player Support directly from the game app as you have done before.

Hope this clears out any doubts :)

I fi!!ed out I info. 3 times and went to I'm not a robot, picked the pics and submit. But it would never send. My complaint is I purchased gold to continue the game so I could pass the level with one more turn. Received gold but lost the game. Frustrating.
