unfortunately candy crush saga is uninstalled. I have not saved the progress of 1162 to any I'd. kindly suggest.

If the steps did not help @racme, on the bottom of the page that @PummyRaj provided you, are additional steps on how to get help with this.
You need to get intouch with Player Support as they will need to manually restore your game and we here in the Community cannot do this for you.

Aah! That's the reason for you to loose the game progress @racme Here is what you have to get all your level progress back and play your level # 1169 again 👇️

Since you have not saved your game till now, scroll down a little bit where you see "Didn't save the game, is it too late" and follow the steps provided there (you will have to click on "here" that you see in Green Fonts)
By following those steps, the "Player Support Team" will be able to retrieve your game progress. But, they can restore all your previous levels with only 2 stars!

I was playing the candy soda from long time but never tried to login to save the progress. Now after the unfortunate uninstall of the application It becomes difficult to get back to same stage were I was. Also I am trying this on the same device which I used earlier.

If you do not log in, nothing should happen to your player account. If you have another device, the boosters may not be available there. If you go back to the other one they are on it. Unfortunately, it is so!!!
Please note when changing the device !!!

I've noticed that I've lost my bosters a few time when I've either not log in for a few days or had to change my device is there anyway to stop this or get them back please x

You mentioned candy crush, but this is candy soda. Please note that your game matches the page. Otherwise confusion can arise. Please play your current level nooch times and end it. Then please update your game and clear the cache and save your level. I hope this helps you further!!
