I'm having the same problem. I can't check a tile or anything like that and It keeps telling me I have no internet access. If I click on sign in with Facebook it looks like it starts to load then tells me there is a connection error. My data and wifi work just fine. I really don't want to uninstall and reinstall it cause I read you will lose all your power ups. I'm on level 2812 and have way too many power ups to lose. Please help!

Sorry to hear about your Problem.
I can understand that it is really frustrating that too loose all your progress by reinstalling.
Try Updating Your Game To Latest Version.
If above mentioned solution doesn't works then try clicking here for a Solution to Your Problem.
Try Backing Up.
Some Help-
If this doesn't help then-
~Copy the whole Android Folder and paste it in another Folder.
~Uninstall and Reinstall the Game.
~Replace the Previously Copied Android Folder on Original Android Folder.
This will make sure that you won't loose your progress.
