Recently my facebook account has been disabled, and all my progress from candy crush soda is lost (leve3000+) and when i connect to a new facebook account the level has become level 1. Can i retrieve the progress of the old facebook account that has been disabled?
Old disabled facebook account:(Edit by CM: Personal Information)

I am not sure whether it will be possible to possible to move your game progress from one account to another! But, I think "Player Support Team" might help you! Not sure!! I will tag in our Soda team In-charge @QueenB to help you out!

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on My Game Progress
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
