I have problems in all games, connection error, help :(

I cannot log into my King account to save my progress for Candy Crush Soda Saga. I am however able to log in and save progress for Candy Crush Jelly and Candy Crush Saga. Not sure what the glitch is. I've updated apps, deleted cache and even deleted data. Should I reinstall it?

It looks like there is an issue with your device itself! If it is the issue with the game, then it will not affect all the games you are playing!!

I am not sure which device you are using! Will it be possible for you to "Reset" / "factory reset" your device?

But, please be aware that, you will be loosing all your saved up boosters by following this step! Please let me know what you think!

about 2 weeks ago I had no problems with games, I don't think it's a device problem
