Level 1210 starts with the same moves never changes.

    I have some news from the Studio: we've reported this issue and they have been investigating, they have tackled the issue and the fix will arrive with the next update!! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    So keep an eye on your app store and update the game as soon as the update is live, please.

    Level 1

    We get the same set of candies, exactly the same color of candies with the same order when I restart the level it doesn t randomise the candies.

    The candies are set according to some level structure ๐Ÿ˜ŠAnd those are strategy level.

    Nope. They are not; first of all i have passed like 45 levels since this problem started and all of them had the same set of candies everytime. Secondly, the arrangements of candies change when i restart the game. But if i start to play same level right away -without closing down and restarting the app- i get the same set of candies with the same order; bonuses are at the same position as well.

  • I am having the same issue, it just started this week. Every level starts the same exa t way, the board never shuffles. Im about 2 quit.

    I'm having the same issue with candies and bonuses being the same repeatedly while trying to pass a level. At each attempt. Started yesterday. SO frustrating. Why give us all the free play if we cant even benefit from it

    They still don't care about this problem! I have already reported this they didn't answer and when i saw other people are having the same problem i hoped for a solution but still nothing. By the way don't try to deleting and reinstalling the game; i tried it and it doesn't solve the problem. I just lost all my bonuses.

    I messaged them too and they responded as if I had a completely different issue. Not even a human reading the message

  • I spend a lot of money on this game so I guess I'll be saving some and they will be losing some!!
