Why has everything on my game disappeared for 2 weeks?

I asked about this a week ago and was told they fix was being worked on and should be available soon. It is been two weeks with none of my events. All I can do is play but not receive anything. I have tried logging out and logging back in I have checked for updates there's nothing else I can do. Please fix this for me or I will have to stop playing as it is not worth it without goals excetera. I am attaching the screenshot of where it goes when I log in
