Not Receiving Lives

At least three times in the past week I have asked it to refill my lives, and it removes the gold bars from my bank, but it doesn't refill the lives. Is this a common problem, because I feel like I'm throwing away money every time it does this.

Hello welcome to the Community @jennifergonzales . I am really sorry you didn’t get the lives. We cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, so please contact our Player Support team from your game (go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars") and they will be able to give you a solution!

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

What if I'm not playing on my mobile phone? I play online using my computer. How can I contact customer support? It just did it again. It takes my bars, but doesn't replenish my lives. Thanks.

So, I emailed Customer Support about the game taking my gold bars, but not replenishing lives, and here is the completely unhelpful email response from them: "Thanks for writing in! Let's get you back to enjoying your game. We've automatically matched a guide that we think will help you. If the answer below doesn’t fix your issue then please head to our Community site. You can find the link at the end of this email." So, in essence, the community tells you to contact customer support, and customer support tell you to contact the community. Great.
