Restart ur phone n update again ... or u have multiple device on a single account id? Unlimited life only give to 1 device for 1 account id

Hello Stan,
The unlimited lives was on my Kindle. I do not play on my phone, only my tablet. I had unlimited lives and then it requested a manual update. I did update, now back to regular 5 lives.

The Unlimited Lives offer will be available on one device.
If you use more than one device, you will get the offer at the place where you first start the game.
Lives will not sync to different devices.
You will get a second chance after 24 hours.

As I mentioned before, I only play on 1 device, which is my Kindle tablet. I DO NOT play on my phone. Regardless, I had unlimited lives and it disappeared after I did the update. Please reinstate my unlimited lives!

It is now 5:14pm EST and I am still receiving the same message when I try to save my progress by logging into my King.com account with email. My email is: 5287ram@gmail.com when I tupe in my password, which I have changed several times, I get the message stating WRONG EMAIL AND PASSWORD COMBINATION! And I still have not received Unlimited lives! Please fix this so I can continue to play! And may I remind you, this is not on a phone, it is on a tablet! Thank you!
