No receiving my prizes

I have been having a problem saying I don’t have internet it’s only with this game and it’s usually when I’m collecting a prize or trying to use the tic tax toe board. I won the crown it said I didn’t have internet I didn’t receive my hour play or lollipops I close the game then come back on and the bubble gum hill wasn’t on my screen. I have no internet problem when I’m making a purchase though.

Since you missed the rewards you won't get the rewards because the rewards are not available if there is a connection problem with the game.

You will receive the next rewards in the normal way.
