It is getting to be a waste of time playing Bubblegum Hill as it says I have no internet connection when I have completed all 5 levels and the doesn’t award the lollipops. Have now not received 12 lollipops!

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Following these steps, you will probably get you the next rewards.

Everything up to date - it often says no internet connection when I try to get a square on Mr Toffees Fair. Have no problem with any other games. This is a relatively new problem but VERY annoying (and I’m on level 4335 so certainly not a new player!)

So it’s just happened again - said I had no internet connection (which I did) and then came up with this - great! No rewards to collect. Please get it sorted.

Haven’t been able to collect any rewards last weekend or today when I completed all levels of bubblegum hill. App is up to date. Why is there an option to contact if they’re not gonna help? Where can I get my rewards if not thru contacting them via the app or here??? Who can you contact?
