Hi team...
For several weeks now, I have encountered with connection issues. For example I finishes the gum Hill but a meesges pops and says that I'll get my rewards once I get connected but I'm and the rewards never are givento me. Just this weekend I have won 3 times a not reward. Tks

Do check ur wifi and data speed to see is it fast enough ... restart ur device and update to latest version and try ...

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
"Not receiving the Lollipops from Bubble Gum King" is a known issue from past week or so! This was already reported and the Soda Team is investigating it.
But, the Internet connection issue with Bubble Gum Hill is a new issue, that was raised by few players, from this morning!
For Bubble Gum Hill Rewards, please click on this thread and post your game ID number ---> Issue with Prizes on Bubble Gum Hill Let me know if you need help with finding your ID number.
With regards to Internet issue, I will have to inquire our Soda game In-charge about what's going on and get back to you.
