I have the opposite problem. I can’t send a life to a team member. It didn’t affect any other team members. So far only Danny. My team is named Pam.

I'm sorry to hear you are not being able to send or receive the lives you need at the moment. If the steps suggested by our Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas don't work this time, it can be because of the huge amount of help that is being sent out during these last weeks- so many people are playing our games that there can sometimes be a hiccup. I would suggest you keep trying to send or receive lives from your team mates or friends, and I hope that it won't be long until those lives can get through.

Hi @Lola_Pop since my last message on here, a new member has joined our group today and has requested a life that has come through to me to send it to her. My request to my team still says ‘waiting for help’ after sending my request days ago. Is there any way to reset it, so I can click on request again?

I am familiar with life "not able to send" and "not able to receive", but "waiting for help" is a new one for me. Because, this is fairly new feature and like our @Lola_Pop said, lots of traffic in the internet 🙂
Did you try clearing cache/cookies (depending on the device you are playing)? If not, I think it might work! If not, there is nothing wrong with trying 😃
Force close the App -- disconnect from WiFi -- Clear cache / cookies -- restart your device after shutting it down for 2 minutes -- and log back in.
** The reason I am asking you to restart your device is because, that's how it works on my device. Unless I reboot it, it won't recognize that I have deleted the past history for some reason! If it is a browser, I can just close out my browsers and reopen them though!
