Today...1/10/20...every time I try to log in to games here & with FB I keep getting connection error message...what’s happening? I am okay on cc soda but not cc itself!

    Sorry to hear about this @coralrenee 😬

    Can you try the following on your mobile device:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

    - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

    I have connection errors on Saga and Soda. On Soda Mr. Toffee's is frozen for the last 24 hours. Cannot retrieve my prize or choose another box to play. This is on an Android app not on Facebook.

    I’m on IPhone  7 Plus...every time I try to connect either through king or through FB it tells me there is a connection error & to try in a bit..well that was 5 hours ago...

    I can get to game but it looks like I am already logged in through king cause it only has all the king features not FB features. When I go to profile from cc it brings me to the page to log in with either king or FB. Same error on both pages..I’m stumped!i can only play with out getting any rewards...the candy shop is not accessible. 

    So honestly I don’t know how I’m able to get to the game or what cycle I’m stuck in.

    ckeared caches...rebooted...nothing is working.

    I’m on IPhone 7 and I keep getting the same connection error. The game glitched and froze in the middle of me buying more bricks to continue a level, so I restarted and when I restarted the "connection error" began. I've about had it with the glitches in this game. The freezing and the connection errors happen frequently even when I have full bars on my phone.

    Your directions for "can't connect to server" are confusing. What if all our progress is lost. Is your answer going to be "to bad so sad". I'm deleting this game. The frustration is not worth it.
