@October101, for reinstalling the app you need to download it again from your App Store, and then log into your account tapping on the settings cogwheel and signing in using your email address or your Facebook account.

This is getting ridiculous.This is not as bad as before..My game freezes up because you say no internet connection so I check and when I come back lost the game . I was super hard level lost 2 hands and 1 pop on the game. we pay to play maybe not much longer.

Sorry, but the issue appears on Android AND on Windows 10. That's 2 different apps, uninstalling / reinstalling one of them cannot make a difference.
The crossover point is with the King servers, so logically that's where the issue lies.
