As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
I also had Kimmy's Arcade in my game until the update last week, then it disappeared. Please bring back Kimmy's Arcade and please make it available to every player.
It is - hands down - the best feature you have introduced to this game, and also I was often spending money on it, so... win-win!
It was even better after the modification to make it seven levels instead of fifteen. I am waiting and hoping that one day it will be available to all players... Just like we all now have Batula's Chests or the Soda Teams. Please make Kimmy's Arcade available to every player, too!
Oh and I also have another question: for those lucky enough to be selected for the test group for Kimmy's Arcade, at what level is it first introduced?... I ask because a friend just started playing the game for the first time, and he wants to know on which level could he encounter the Arcade for the first time. Maybe he gest lucky...

Do you have mini games for the players to pass the time? Or somehow any functions to offer !!! That they have something in the meantime. You misunderstood something. I didn't say that. The post was general since the player had written about Kimmy's Arcade. It is always important to check for updates. Then you are on the right side. Then only you can see if it's back.

If you want to complain about Bubblegum Hill not being in your game, you are totally entitle to do so. As I told you , here in Support you can see the updates. As soon as the Studio tell us the event is back, we will update the thread.
Hi. Any updates on bubblegum hill? I only play when there is BGH. Otherwise it gets too boring.
