As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Thanks, I'm done for the week now; no BGH, no Kimmy's Arcade, Mr Toffee stuck because of (Edit by CM: Offensive) who pick tiles but don't play, 5035 done, so no more levels..... I'll just open Soda daily to keep my daily freebies going, but I can't play. See you Friday when the new levels come out.

I'm so sorry that Bubblegum Hill had to be disabled on Friday after I had announced its comeback. 😔
I was so happy to give you the good news as soon as we got them.
As you could see, the technical issues are quite hard to solve. Again, we cannot tell you when the Bubblegum Hill will be back. But you could also see, the Studio is working on it and the intention is that it can be played as soon as it's possible.
I hope you can accept my apologies. If you purchased timed boosters to be used on Bubblegum Hill before the event disappeared again, please contact Player Support from the form in your game (tapping on the settings wheel, then on the question mark).

Why is bubble gum hill gone again? It was available for me for about an hour for Friday and is gone all weekend. It's been missing for weeks while my friends still get to play every weekend

Best tech team in the world, they work at a blinding fast pace. Whatever there paying you guys it's not enough, maybe sometime in the next 3 month's we can get bubblegum hill back it's only BEEN 14 WEEKS NOW

Please bring back BGH . It’s not the same without it. Once you reach a certain level, there’s nothing to do but play levels you’ve already played until another episode race comes along (that’s what I’ve been put in-ugh!) which only happens for me about every 4 days. That is so boring but with BGH you always have something to do which keeps you involved in the game. I’d rather stay in CCS all the time, but can’t see replaying levels I’ve already passed. Makes no sense. Without BGH, I have 4 days with nothing to do, unless you can tell me of other contests or put me in something. Thank you.

In the time they have tried to fix “issues”, they could have started completely from scratch and made Bubblegum Hill. You should at the very least give us some gold bars or boosters everyday until they fix it. We have been more than patient.
