Soda Teams rewards not updating
I'm a member of a Soda Team but the progress bar isn't updating with the points earned. It hasn't moved since I first joined and I can see that members including me have earned loads of points. As the bar isn't moving I'm missing out on the chests (rewards).
Why is the bar not moving?

Hello @Camatt and @speedie1 and welcome to our Sodalicious Community. I am sorry ti hear that is happening to both of you. Mine seems to be working fine. What are you playing on - PC or mobile? Have you both made sure you have the latest version of the game, cleared your cache and then turned your device off for 10-15 seconds? Sometimes that can clear a problem up. However, just in case there is a problem with Soda Teams - I am reporting it to the CMs and will let you know (hopefully I will hear something back tomorrow). Can you both also provide your player ID#s so it is easier for then to investigate the issue?

@elebug , don't you see the bar, or is it the whole teams feature you cannot see in your Soda game?

Hello @elebug - every time you complete a level and even when you first log in for the day - the soda squad image with the three chest should show up.
The first photo is showing where the Soda Squad icon is located
Are you seeing that in your game?
The second photo is what you should see if you click on the Teams Icon
