Soda Teams rewards not updating

Hi @Camatt & @Lola_Pop, & @LadyRaffie,

For those interested, the 3 Chest are:

Candy Crush Soda Saga - Soda Squad Team

• 1st Chest - 300 Points
• 2nd Chest - 600 Points
• 3rd Chest - 1100-1200 Points? *Note this is a guess, by me, after winning the first - 2 Chests!

We haven't reached the 3rd Chest yet. Only 6 on the Team, but not far off on the number to reach it.

I've asked the technical team about this and this is the plan:

Please follow these steps (IMPORTANT: please DON'T uninstall the app) to make sure the game is up to date and working fine. Also make sure you have a good connection while playing.

If the bar doesn't move after that, please make a recording of your screen, or take some screenshots so we can show the Studio that your points are not being added despite you earning them.

Check your internet connection, log out and login again for the game, delete the temporary storage memory and make sure that your game is up to date.
