Complaint- I didn't get 20 minutes of free play time

I spent ten gold bars for 7 extra moves 20 minutes of unlimited lives. I did not get the 20 minutes of free play time😡

I’ve bought the 20 extra minutes four times in the last two days and it isn’t giving it to me. When my lives are over it asks me to buy an extra twenty minutes again when I’ve already purchased it.

I have the same problem.....purchased extra moves with gold bars.....got the moves but not the 20 extra minutes of play time!!! happenned 2 or 3 times recently!!!!!!!!
