As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
On the screenshot, I see 100 lighting, is that means 100 lives? That seems a lot.
The problem with this statement is that when some/any of this small group of players attempts to provide feedback regarding what they experience during the limited timeframe provided - as opposed to complaining about the missing game - the feedback is either discarded or ignored completely. Otherwise, why would a simple coding problem that has been pointed out for three consecutive 'tests' continue to be a part of the platform?
As for now I have finished every level that was to finish.
Without BGH I have simply nothing to do- and the weekend is not over yet.

@ISurvived I do think that we will get BGH back, but what downgrade (the studio calls them upgrade) version will we get. Less boosters means more money to them.
I repeat myself. A small group of players already have it to test. if it goes well. It comes back for multiple players. That is what I know. And it sounds better than no player and it was removed entirely, right?
Something tells me that we are not going to get Bubble Gum Hill back at all. Just a feeling.

i have to say reading the above comments it is not the customers who are out of line but this spinnifix character who has said it’s just a game, it’s a shame you don’t have anything else to do, stop complaining, this is your ambassador? Another weekend without Bubblegum Hill, another weekend of me not playing. 4 months is a ridiculous amount of time to fix a program that they are supposedly trained to be able to do. Well i can at least say CCSS has saved me a lot of money by not having it, i've bought a whole new summer wardrobe with what i would've spent to play Bubblegum Hill! It's absolutely Horrendous they would have this long term problem during the worst time for us. Many people at this time can not afford to buy anything let alone boosters for your game which is why Bubblegum Hill was so important for us to have. You can't advance is this game too much without the gold bars and lollipops. If they aren't going to bring it back just let us know so i can move on completely from this game. In the meantime i'll continue to play Best Fiends, i suggest others give that game a try. I can't continue to support King or any of there games, i'd rather spend my time and money elsewhere where it's appreciated.

I would like to clarify again that it is your decision to spend money on it. Nobody asks of you and please don't submit it to us. All games are free. What you do with it is your decision. Please stop complaining. The team is trying everything possible to bring it back and some of the players already have it. If it works, multiple players will get it.

To us it looks like just a game. But to the studio, we are customers. This is their money making machine. Respect us as players ( customers)
