Did not receive Bubblegum Hill rewards
Won Bubblegum Hill twice yesterday. Did not receive (12) lollipops nor (2) hours of play.
Won again a few minutes. Said "no connection" on your end, not mine. Again, did not receive (6) lollipops nor (1) hour of play.
Please award me all due prizes.

You probably missed rewards because of connection issues.๐ Check if your game is currently fully connected to the server, then contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I won twice yesterday, and once today, received no lollipops, hours of play, or the gold bars for the several hours before being โdethronedโ.
i double checked collection, reloaded several times still nothing. Please fix this issue and reward me what Iโve earned. Thank you.

Hi @PennyApple08 you may also contact the Player Support by clicking on the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page and provide as much details as possible and wait for them to respond. Reply their email and follow their instructions.
