Lemonade Lake isn't working

Can someone tell me what is happening with lemonade Lake? So far I haven't been able to receive any of my prizes because it keeps saying I already got them! Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you playing Soda on 2 devices, and they both have Lemonade Lake? If you already achieved it on 1 device, the other device will continue to indicate the same thing, even though you see that you have not fulfilled everything on that device.
I see the same thing, I play on 2 different devices, and have on both Lemonade Lake. 1 Device I’ve finished and got the rewards, the other device isn’t at the end yet, and when I achieve a goal and get the box to collect my prizes it says: it looks like you already got your reward. And that’s true, I got it on 1 device, so obviously can’t collect it on 2 devices.

Thank you for the reply, Yosca. No, I only play on my tablet for just that reason. I never play in any other devices

That is strange... Are you playing the game via Facebook or King account, and could it be possible someone else uses the same log in of the game? Also, can you please go to the main thread of Lemonade Lake HERE and describe this issue? Our CM’s are checking the thread and can inform if it is a bug or something else.
