Not Getting Bonuses HELP
For a few weeks now, everytime I play I dont get any bonuses, because the game says it isnt connected, to check my internet connection. But it doesnt matter if i'm connected to my home's wireless or if I'm using mobile data, it always indicates the same and on several devices. The only bonus i would get would be "playing everyday" but now even that is gone. Yes, i've check my internet connection. Is it a bug? It's been a few weeks now... Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks

How about you update the latest version of this game or restart the device that I hope nothing this happens. 🤔

Hello, I seem to be having a similar problem as another player. I have almost reached 1000 games and bingo bango no bonuses so only getting 5 tries and I'm done. I did not get any error messages, I have no problems with connections or any thing like that, it just stopped about five days ago. What's going on?

Any and all bonuses stopped. I get no extra time, no extended time with the fish bonus, candy bomb, or the one that makes one candy the same color as the bomb. Very frustrating when just about to cross the 1000 game line. I enjoy my game time very much but I miss the extra help.

Do you mean the daily log in calendar, or do you mean the boosters are locked when you start a level? Which level are you on specifically?

For me, all bonuses. Daily bonuses, accomplishments, races, giving/asking for lives, games...

Ok, sorry Lola_Pop I should have been more specific to start. I am on Candy Crush Soda Saga level 994. I am not sure exactly but around level 989 things changed. After logging in, the game would usually tell you how long you have been playing in consecutive days, doesn't do that now. At some point in here it would show you an extra boost you would have during your upcoming game. Either the sprinkle bomb, fishes, or color bomb (changes candy to same color). Then (not sure of exact order) it would ask if you wanted to send extra help to other players, this is now random sometimes does, some not. I believe I can still select those same boosters if I wanted to but I have not tried that, I like saving those for emergencies. I did not have to pick one before this glitch it was given as a help. If I can offer any more let me know. Thanks a bunch for your time!
