I have a new iPhone and have lost most of my boosters and daily progress. I have always logged in through my Facebook. I have followed all the instructions listed here to get them back, but nothing changes. It won’t update to what I had. I took pictures of what I had before changing phones. Would appreciate if you could restore my progress. Thank you0

Hi @Sas1151 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The boosters we collect are always saved on our device memory. This means that we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, it also means that if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose all the boosters we collected. Hence we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips on how to safeguard your collected boosters.

Hi guys! My mom has always been playing this game right after downloading it from the google play store. She tried signing in to Facebook because it prompted her to do so. Now, she has lost all her levels (1220 iirc) and is back to level 1. She's kinda gloomy because of this. Is there a way to restore her lost progress?

She has never logged in to the game using her Facebook or email. She just straight up played right after it finished downloading.

Please create a new Facebook account or Kingdom account and connect the game. Next step 👇️
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Please write the email correctly with the password. You must do the sync. Log out and then log in to the game. Clear the internal storage memory. You may lose the boosters. In your game
