As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Still no BGH, but Kimmy's Arcade turned up in Windows, through first time, that was unexpected.
It shows that someone is doing something at King.
Edit; Kimmy's Arcade is gone again. Still no BGH. Someone's having a laugh here.
Bin auch total enttäuscht das es wieder kein BGH gibt. Letztes Jahr in den Sommerferien war es durchgehend da. Ich denke mittlerweile so es gibt keine technische Probleme.

Totally not getting the new layout on bubblegum hil. For instance destroying the bubblegum, I can't even see where the gum is, or removing all the jam I cant see the jam. Totally giving up

I wish I could see what you are talking about but I still don't have BGH. SAD.
Well I started the day with no BGH, then at 11.15 a.m. it showed up (the ‘normal’ regular BGH) 1 hour later it was gone again 😬. Again 2 hours later 2.30 p.m. BGH showed up again, but now I got the new one with the energy. Do not like this at all!
I won the throne, was dethroned pretty fast ‘ earned ‘ 1 Gold Bar and the energy was on 60 (percent?)... Tried BGH, it takes 50, failed at level 3 and can not try again because I need 50 and I’ve left 10. Must wait until it is at least 50 again and have 5 hours free play and almost at the end of the levels... And now while waiting until I have 50, BGH is gone again!
(I reread myself, I use the word again a lot 😅)
So you are saying 1 live = 50 lightning. That is soooo mess up! I thought 20 lightning is 1live. How long does it take to get to 50 again?
@ipete , can’t remember because I was so not amused 😬. I think 10 per 5 minutes, but not sure. I am pretty annoyed because I can't play BGH but I have enough unlimited lives.....

Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
