Lost my progress
Level 1
I m at 3515 ++levels . Last 3 year I m playing game without any facebook or email saving.. so by mistake sync with facebook ..i lost all levels and startinh from level 1. Pls help me... how can i restore again levels

Please must first create a new Facebook account and connect the game. Then
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
But be patient with support as they are now a days under lot of pressure and their response could take some time.
