Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. if still not works . please report to 👇️
The screen shots are from rewards and all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, please email Player Support
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.

As you said if i logout then i have to start from the very first level
right now i m on level 2025 so how is it possible please reply soon

Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps and resync your device

before you log out, you have to make sure sure that your profile is connected to facebook or king.com. when you log back in, go to played before tab, then you can log back in with the level 2025

Can you let me know from which events or challenges you're not getting rewards from?

I'm afraid I don't quite understand what's going on in your game...but with your help, I'm sure we can solve whatever issue there can be. 😉
- Are you going back to level 1 when you log out and back into the game?
- Are you going back some levels (from level 2025 to level 1500)?
- Do you have a stable Internet connection while playing?
- Which rewards are you not receiving? Any reward, or the rewards for a specific feature or event?
- Do you get any error message when you try to collect your rewards? If so, what does it say?
