I think you mean the wheel in Candy Crush Saga? Because we have in Soda no wheel. In Soda you can win boosters with Mr. Toffee’s Fair, Teams and Kimmy’s Arcade. So if you want to know how to get more boosters in Saga you have to ask the question in Saga forum 😊

You mean you have lost all your game features but only daily wheel is available to you. If yes please do the standard troubleshooting process by,
Log out, update your game application, clear cache/history in case you using web browser, Restart your device and log back in to see if you get some features back.
