As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I play on iPad, cleared cache too many times, but haven’t got BGH for a long time now. So for me that didn’t work.
Right I did what you told me went on safari and cleared all history and website data
I normally due that one by one by closing all open tabs from the safari

Boosters are saved in your device memory. When you delete and reinstall the game app you’ll loose all boosters.

Yeah I keep seeing people say about being in a control group. I just wanna know how do you know if you’re in it and if so how to get out. I spend a lot of money on this game and it’s really starting to make me just say screw them and just quit playing altogether.

Lucky you, I havnt had bgh for about a month, logged out and back in, cleared cashe etc...I am soon deleting all king games as they all have issues to gain extra boosters

I did the log out and play one level thing and BGH was on the one where I started over but when I logged back into my profile no BGH. So I guess they are screwing the people who have been playing the game since Candy Crush Soda started and has spent tons of money. So I guess you can only get ut if you start over. (Edit by CM: Capital Letters-shouting)
Listen to this I dif the log out and play 1 level thing and the BGH was on the game when I logged out and started over on level 1. So I played the 1 level and logged back into my profile and no BGH that makes me so mad. I guess they're screwing the people who've been playing since start of CCSS anf that has spent tons of money There's no way they are still testing. They are not gonna let new players be testers cause they don't know the difference or any changes. So I guess if you don't have it by now we won't get it again.
Ya know I've had a pretty crappy week. I was really hoping to wake up this morning and see bubblegum hill. That would've made it not so bad. But here we are, another week without it 🙄

I don’t know if it’s just me, but when Bubblegum Hill returned after it’s lengthy time away - it’s not as much fun as it was before. I play it for (maybe) 15 minutes, then I go somewhere else to amuse myself. Is anyone else unhappy with the new/improved version?
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
