Each and every time that ad comes up and you sit and wait but the ad says reward granted. So you x out and then get the oops message. No matter how long you wait for the ad. How do I get my moves?

Ad Viewing Rewards
Every time I watch an ad to get a reward, particularly extra moves, it tell me I didn't watch the entire ad. I even left it for 5 full minutes in a staric ad and it still said I didnt "earn" the rewars. Wtf?
