Question regarding payment
Hello, I just now tried to sign up for the premium soda pass. The game informed me more than once that the payment was not going through because of "connection issues" but now I have that $9.99 charged four times on my bank, and I have no access to the premium part. It still says that I already own it.

Ads not giving rewards
I'm watching the ad until it says reward granted and then when I get back to the game it says oops ad must be watched to completion. It's the Belk 5 seconds ad.

Rewards in Bake a Cake
You said in an earlier post that the problem with rewards had been solved. It hasn’t. I didn’t get any rewards in Bake a Cake so far, I restarted but still didn’t get any. It needs fixing. Thank you.

CHASE BANK video not giving rewards.
This is supposed to be a 5-second ad to get the reward and even though I've watched it loop 4x and waited a few extra seconds it always comes back with "Opps! You have to watch the entire video" So very frustrating!
