Great idea firefox111, I have left a 1 star review (wish it could be 0 stars) and also marked any review complaining about losing landscape mode as helpful. Sadly, these developers do NOT respond to any reviews in the store.

I would not expect any answers. My iPad has the keyboard cover in landscape orientation as I use it for work as well as personal tasks. Why would I keep flipping it back and forth (sometimes I sneak in a game or two during work) from landscape to portrait taking it in and out of the cover just to play CCS? NOPE. I’m done…

Hate it. The old map was more spacious and viewable and I hate that this forces portrait mode only for us tablet users. A huge portion of your customer base hates it for multiple reasons but you won’t listen. Oh and stop testing in production on unsuspecting users like me.

Same here, and they’ve done this before and everyone complains. It is pathetic. I agree that it is very awkward to play portrait on an iPad. I refuse…. I have no idea why they continually insult their customer base by doing this. It flipped last night on me as well while I was playing. I’m done playing till they fix it.

They have done this before and say it’s to improve the game. What a load of crap. Pathetic. I play in landscape since my iPad is in a keyboard case. I do NOT nor WILL NOT play in portrait after being able to play NORMAL for so long. So much for supporting your customer base.

I play on an iPad which stays in its keyboard case in landscape. In addition to the periodic connection problems (no, it’s not my connection having problems when all my other devices and apps work fine but Candy Crush Soda refuses to connect) I cannot use it in portrait mode unless I remove it from the case and lay it flat…

Ugh is right. Portrait mode started today for me and it’s frustrating and I’ve already wasted a stripped candy as I hit it by accident since all the pops are right up against the command line to close the application window on my iPad.
